I can't get enough of Dominos! I am truly a fan now. The medium chicken, spinach and feta pizza was baked to perfection and arrived just as hot as if I had placed the order there and dined in. I never order dessert but the Chocolate Lava Crunch Cake was so warm and moist and the crunchy outside took nothing away from the gooey inside. I will definitely order again.

Communication and teamwork are necessary to run a business, let's get a little bit more of that going and screw ups like the one listed below wouldn't happen. I order from here quite frequently, usually once or twice a month. Usually they're pretty good with taking my orders and getting them to me. One of the things I like about this Dominos ordering system is that once you give them a name, number, address and your order it stays on file; they know who's calling, where the order is going and what you possibly want to order, so what I don't understand is how today they managed to screw up my order completely. They said they had the wrong address and number for me. No no, I don't think so, their staff member repeated my information back to me while taking my order. Looks like somebody forgot to put the order in. So they said they would send the pizza out for free but when they finally sent the Pizza back out, for free, they forgot to send the voided credit card bill with it, proving they cancelled the charge on my card so then they had to come back AGAIN. So 2 hours later I had a pizza and 2 hours and 20 minutes later I had my receipt.

Pretty standard Domino's. Delivery guys have been nice and relatively speedy, and carryout experiences have been fine. Where else can you get a medium 2-topping pizza for $6? (Papa John's, probably, but Domino's crust is vastly superior) Their toasted sandwiches are a favorite of mine--the Italian and sweet chicken habenero are standouts. Good-quality chicken pieces, too, I just wish you got more of them for the money. The chocolate lava cakes are for the truly indulgent. Only negative thing I have to say is that they once offered 'za's for a dollar in celebration of them opening a new store (I think the promotion was pizzas for 100 cents to honor their 100th Chicagoland location). Great idea, but I tried calling every 5 minutes for nearly an hour, and never once got through. The promo was for carryout only and only lasted until like 2pm, so by the time I got into their online ordering queue, the offer had expired. Wah wah. I still order from this location about once every 6 weeks, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

The pizza was fine. The problem is that if you pay with a debit or credit card at this location, the cashier makes an indentation of the face of your card with the complete number. Within an hour of using my new card at this location, someone in El Paso, Tx started making purchases at Wal-Mart with a duplicate card. I contacted this location immediately, asked to speak to a manager and spoke to John. Again, the pizza was fine, but my card was compromised within an hour of its face being recorded at this location. True, it could have been compromised elsewhere, but that would be the United States Post Office and the cashier never even held my card, let alone copied its face. Bottom Line: Get the pizza, but pay cash until they figure out what's going on.

I wanted to try their pizza since I've been seeing all these ads on tv how they've changed their recipes and their pizzas taste oh so much better. Well, they're right that it tastes better than their previous pizzas, but I still wouldn't say that they're great! I still like Papa Johns pizza much better than Dominos! I think it lacked sauce and flavor. It was only $5.99 for a medium 2-topping so I didn't waste that much money. However, I will not eat there again.

Dominos Pizza is not bad at all. My wife ordered online and the pizza was ready when we arrived. We had the sausage and cheese pizza which was surprisingly good, and the barbecue wings were very saucy and tasty. It has been a long time since I last had Dominos pizza because of the bad taste, but now their pizza taste a lot better. I wouldn't mind ordering from Dominos again.

After I moved to Chicago I always wondered who the idiots were who were ordering Dominos since, like New York, Pizza is pretty big here and not hard to find "better" offerings. For certain Oak Park is no different ... but in came a domino's offer for 50% off during December for online orders and out went my order faster than I could say "but there are better options ..." 30 minutes later I didn't regret my decision. Ordered a Brooklyn Style, meat loaded pizza and had to add a couple of toppings because with the 50% off I was short the delivery minimum of $10.00. Pizza was good, sauce was flavorful and the crust .... I can't say it was the best by any means, but considering where it come from and what I was expecting I was MORE than pleasantly surprised.

I made the first review as a tongue-in-cheek gesture. Dominos food is very consistent from location to location and this location seems to be staffed by employees that can deliver that product efficiently. I unfortunately had the experience recently wherein they actually found a way to run out of deep dish pizza crust. So they called me to explain and the general demeanor really rubbed me the wrong way. The option they offered me was to essentially change crust options or cancel. And it's silly but the replacement they offered was cheaper than the option i ordered. It is a very negligible amount of money but i just had them cancel my order out of principle. So sadly i have to update my review to "Sometimes this Dominos cannot bring you Dominos pizza, but they can offer to bring you a different less expensive pizza or whatever."

One of the best dominoes I've ordered from. They come fast and give you a great portion of toppings. What more could you ask from a dominoes? When you call and order the cashiers are always super nice. Glad it's the closest one to my house.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HUMANITY ABOVE AND BEYOND. This is a special review of the staff at the Dominos. This past Wednesday my handicapped daughter had a doctors appointment at West Suburban, because her paratransit did not show she is in a wheelchair) she was forced to take public transportation to and from West Suburban. After an especially long day at West Sub, on her way back to Harlem Avenue to pickup the bus home to Elmwood Park, her wheelchair began to act funny. Her cell phone had gone out at West Sub, this Dominos took her in, allowed her to use their phone to call me so that I could bring her charger for her wheelchair. They even allowed us to use their electricity. In a dog eat dog world, these people stand out as our heroes for the week. They assisted her each and everyway she needed help at her time in need. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!!!! Just goes to prove a little humanity goes a looooonnnnnnggggg way!

The positive about my first Dominos Pizza visit in Oak Park: The weather was very pleasant! My eldest son wanted to do something nice for me since it was my first day back to school. As I drove the long trek through rush hour traffic to get home, he had called to tell me to stop at Dominos in Oak Park - he had ordered and prepaid for supper. I thought, 'How nice!' I am not a connoisseur of Dominos, but truly the thought and effort, not to mention his meager resources going to make a treat for me, was touching. I arrived at Dominos about an hour after my call from my son, (I told you I have a trek to get home). I told the "window cashier" my son's name, "David ....", (not a difficult name), however; to my surprise she stated, "It will be four minutes" .The pizza was not ready - How odd! I sat down on a rather lower than normal bench to wait the 'four minutes' I was told it would take. I surveyed the store - it could have been cleaner. Given the number of employees working that evening, someone could have swept the floor. There were two young ladies whose purpose appeared to be to take orders. They did not appear pleasant or happy to be at work. There was a delivery person - waiting to take orders that were not ready, who talked loudly about his experience with a man on the street. He too seemed to want to be someplace else - just not at Dominos There was only one customer, also waiting. The four minutes turned into 10 minutes. I texted my son to tell him I was waiting. He too was surprised and called me to say, he had called in the order an hour earlier. By this time about seven to ten minutes had passed and the cashier asked the name of the order again. I stated my sons name again and added that it was a prepaid order. About five more minutes passed. The cashier then asked if the name was something totally different from my son's name, (David...). I stated his name for the third time and she stated the number connected with the order of the totally different name and said, "Oh this must be your order". Since the man who was waiting for his order, I thought perhaps there was a mix-up and she, no. I questioned if this order had been waiting now an additional thirty minutes and she only stated that she didn't know what had happen with the name being mixed up. She didn't apologize for having me to wait, however, she must have read my face and offered to have the pizza makers remake the order. I explained I had waited long enough. The order was not bagged, there were no napkins. The pizza was indeed cold and tasteless.... The service was very poor - this is why I do not go to places like Dominos... But it was the thought and efforts of my son that counts, (another positive :-)).

I can't say that Domino's has the best pizza of all time, but if you're in the mood for a basic takeout (or delivery) pizza, they do a good job. I ordered takeout, got a three item large pie for $8 (try matching that at an artisan pizza restaurant) and it was hot and cooked to order when I arrived. Store was clean also. The pie was a bit on the greasy side but I had ordered a Pepperoni supreme so I blame myself for that. Very tasty nonetheless.

I have loves in Oak Park for a while and tried any different pizza's, and for the price, this is the best. There is one place I believe is better but it is much pricier. Dominos has really raised their game over the past couple of years! It is worth another look from everyone!

Yes, it's a chain. And it's Domino's... in Chicago. I never really understood the whole pizza obsession when I moved here, and I kinda still don't. Don't get me wrong, I DO like a good pizza. It's snowy and cold out, and we didn't want to clear/dig out the car to go somewhere so we decided to order in. We called a few local pizza places and delivery times were running at LEAST an hour out. I am assuming to do with the snow and probably lots of people staying in tonight. No good. We were hungry. So we Google for the nearest Domino's. Log onto Domino's website and see that you can order online! Wow. Fast Easy. You can also track the progress of your pizza. In the oven, on the way, etc. Amazing! Our pizza arrived 34 minutes after we placed the order. Magic.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
